2025 Fall Recreation Registration

Registration is now CLOSED for the 2025 Fall Recreation Season! 

 

Registration is now closed for most age groups. We have registration open for the following age groups:

Players with a summer DOB (July-September) born in years between 2014 and 2020 will be able to select their age group based on their grade level. Play up or down requests are not permitted.  See team formation policy.

The price for uniforms is $55.00 which includes tax. The fee is in addition to the Recreation Program Fee, and will be paid at the time of Registration.

Registration Schedule

March 1st to March 31st - Early Bird Registration Fee

April 1st to April 30th - General Registration Fee

May 1st to May 31st - Late Fee Registration Fee 

 

2025 REGISTRATION FEE REFUND POLICY:

 
  • 100% Refund through May 31, 2025.
  • 50% Refund through July 1st, 2025.
  • No Refund after July 1st, 2025, unless program is cancelled due to unforeseen, uncontrollable and/or local, state or national authorities advise so. 

Please note - a $50.00 processing charge is applied to all refunds.

All refund requests must be submitted through our Recreation Program Contact Form. 

*Note: Players who have registered in Recreation but were then selected to play in the club's Competitive or Select programs will receive full credit of fees. If you do not receive your credit within 14 days of registering your player for Competitive or Select, please let us know through our Recreation Program Contact Form. If after tryouts, you decide to go to another club, our standard refund policy applies.

*Participation in 2025 Winter Select Tryouts requires participation in either our 2025 Fall Recreation or Fall Select Program.
