My Coaching Philosophy-
From the ages of 7-11 I believe players need to be taught how to keep the ball at their feet. They need to be able to dribble, pass, trap, shoot, and defend with confidence. Having confidence allows a player to progress quicker, They understand the feelings and emotions that are place on them in a game like situation when pressure is applied. My trainings are full of intensity and pressure, along with the basics of the game so your kids do not change their speed of play between a practice and a game. My goal is not only to pass on my love for the game to your kids, but to give them the confidence and tools they will need to play the game they too will learn to love as they get older.
