Experience with U10 to U19 boys and girls. 30 years of leading, teaching and developing young men and women. The goal of my leadership is to develop young men and women into outstanding individuals with a variety of attributes including: Critical thinking ability, Effective communicator, Efficient decision making ability, Self-confidence, Understanding of committment to team objectives, Strong work ethic, Positive vision for themselves. Players will be mentally and physically challenged to become the best that they can be. As individuals progress in their understanding, results will follow.
