Philosophy
“Preparation” is my main philosophy. Being well prepared is one of the biggest keys of success in sports, to accomplish this we need to have great work-ethic to over achieve any goals we set ourselves as individuals, and a “TEAM”. Coaching Individual skill, team tactics, physical training, hard work while having a whole bunch of “FUN” is the way I approach practice and gameday. Learning how to be a professional and taking ownership of what we do creates a healthy, and very competitive atmosphere, that’s the mental approach I like to have and see in teams.
Bio
I've been playing soccer since I was 8, started playing for youth acadamies in Chile until I improved my skill level to help me make first team when I got to the age of 13. Played in youth divisions for about 3 years until my family made the decision to come back to America where I played at Las Positas College.
I have been coaching for the last 4 years and I feel that I have a lot of information to share with our new, and up coming athletes.
