SCA (Speed, Coordination, and Agility) Program
This program is open to any competitive player U10 and above. This is a directed program that will focus on the development of our soccer player’s physical attributes to enable them to be more competitive on the field.

Background information
The program is based upon scientific research and applied appropriately to the development stages of the human body. The program has specific areas of focus for each age group. Sessions will be performed both with and without the ball. Research has shown that pure speed (running) and speed with the ball (dribbling), can be improved by a training program that incorporates coordination and agility along with speed. This is more effective than simply spring training without a ball.
Soccer and its athletes are continually evolving as the game has created a demand for faster, stronger, more coordinated and healthier athletes. Today’s youth are different than previous generations. Many of our youth spend more time in indoors and less time outside playing and learning coordination and agility than previous generations who learned these skills through outside play. The SCA program's goal is to teach these skills and increase speed, coordination and agility based upon principles of exercise physiology
