Samir's philosophy:'To create a disciplined group and atmosphere of friendly competition within the team during training which will help prepare them for games. I expect players to be on time to training and prepared to play. Players need to respond to my sessions which will be focused on improving their technical and tactical skills. I will work hard to bring the group together and improve their skills, and prepare them to play at game speed. The players will enhance their tactical knowledge by beginning to understand different formations, attacking versus defending roles, offsides…Besides all this, I will work to create a memorable soccer experience for them.
