Description: This is a 7 week development academy where players will learn and enhance proper FUNdamentals of soccer trained by a professional coaching staff. The academy will provide a fun atmosphere to develop individual ball skills in the context of a team environment. Every week a different technical skill (e.g.dribbling, passing, shooting, defending) will take focus during the first hour of practice, which will be followed by a scrimmage at the end of the session.
Ages: Open to 2012 playing year U8-U14 boys and girls.
Training length: Training will last 1.5 hours.
Sign-up deadline: There is NO sign-up deadline, it is possible to start training at any point after the program has started.
Times: Training will start the week of January 2nd at Heather Farms fields on the following days:

Boys - Monday/Wednesday 5:30-7pm (Mike Morgan)

U11 Girls - Tuesday 5:30-7pm/Friday 5:30-7pm (Gabe Cienfuegos)
U12 Girls - Mondays 7-8:30pm/Thursday 4-5:30 (HF#1) (Gabe Cienfuegos, Erin Hartmann)
U13-U14 age group @ Heather Farms #1
Boys - Monday/Wednesday 7-8:30pm (Francisco Munoz)
Girls - Mondays/Wednesday 7-8:30pm (Steve Bradley, Elliot Tiras)
Academy Trainers: The Academy Trainers are members of the Walnut Creek Soccer Club professional staff: Gabe Cienfuegos, Edgar Rivera, Erin Hartmann, Mike Morgan, Christian Rojas, Francisco Munoz, and Elliot Tiras.
