Registration Check list
For Competitive Registration
Make sure you select the appropriate team ** Please note that the soccer calendar revolves around August 1, so if you were selected to play on a U11 team, the system will show the team as U10 until 8/1 **, and once registration is successful, please forward the e-mail receipt to your team manager.
For those families that played in Walnut Creek last year, a "Family Account" was automatically created for you (please contact your managere for login instructions). Use the following link:

When compiling your team paperwork please have all documents paper clipped (NO STAPLES) together per player. Packets that are incomplete will be returned. Each player should have the following documents clipped together:
Coaches must provide:
- □ 2 1” x 1” photos with name on back. No sunglasses, not hats and no black and white photos
- □ 2 copies of the CYSA 1628 form. Coaches must submit this on line and print the copies to turn in with team packet, http://www.cysanorth.org/Registration/1628_disclosure.htm
- □ coaches must have finger prints done
- □ provide a copy of coaches license / or letter of intent to take a licensing course
Team must provide:
- □ print your team’s information page off the WCSC web site that lists the players, coaches and team volunteers
WCSC Club Requirements
The information above, when all turned in, registers your team with WCSC and starts the process for US Club registration. In order for me to release the team passes the club has the following requirements:
□ Team budgets turned in and approved by Linda Molyneux molyneuxlinda@hotmail.com
□ Referee contracts have been turned in & approved by Sal Crispi, link to ref form (CTRA) http://www.wcsc.org/sites/default/files/WCSC_CTRA.pdf
□ Coaching applications / contracts are signed and rec’d by Sue McDonald
□ Please update your team site to list the following positions: Team Manager, and Treasurer

If you are also registering with US Club:
