The team dinner has been moved to Mary's Pizza Shack on the opposite corner from Rocco's. It is in the shopping center just down Oak Grove where Knob Hill Foods is located. They are better able to accommodate a large group like ours on a Friday at 7 pm.
The Walk Through will be at Heather Farms #1 on Friday at 5:30 pm. The practice game will be on Saturday at Heather Farms #1 on Saturday at 10 am. The boys should arrive at 9 am for pre game warmups. Plan on wearing white jersey with blue and white shorts. Please bring the blue and black outfit. It is good practice to always bring both to all games.
June 10th: Calendar updated.
On Monday, June 15th, practice times change to 4-6pm at Arbolado. The extra half an hour is for conditioning so the boys will be tired when you pick them up.
Friday, June 19th, at 5:30pm, we will meet at Heather Farms #1 to have a walk- through. Team dinner follows at Rocco's on the corner of Ygnacio and Oak Grove.
Saturday, June 20th, 10 am, our first practice game takes place at Heather Farms #1. Boys need to be there at 9 am and be ready to warm up by 9:15 am. Please have your son bring both jerseys and shorts. Let's plan on the white jersey; but, be prepared to go blue. I would advise that the boys not wear their cleats to and from the games or practices. The sooner they get out of the cleats the better their feet will feel. Also saves on wearing out their cleats from walking on pavement.
June 4th: Website calendar updated. Event-Tracker updated. Please note that the team should have a consistent look while practicing. On Monday, your son should wear the gray T-shirt provided by Coach Greg; on Wednesday, a white T-shirt.
June 2nd: Friday evening, June 19th at 5:30pm, Pre-Scrimmage Walk-through followed by a team dinner at Rocco's. The walk-through does not require the boys to dress for soccer, just regular summer wear and tennis shoes are all that are needed. We are going to show the boys positioning on the field in relation to the ball.
