Personal Coaching Philosophy:

As a player, coach and student of the game I have learned that nothing is accomplished without hard work and grind. I believe in providing constructive feedback to students of the game. I will share insight to the players throughout our season and encourage them to work outside of scheduled trainings and games. Composure on the ball is a very important aspect to this game. My players will be exposed to opportunities that will increase their skills and confidence with and without the ball. As a coach, I will create an environment that will elevate team and individual confidence  on and off the field. One of my roles as a coach and mentor is to develop class within each team and ensure each player is held accountable for their actions. Each player will be a responsible individual that will respect themselves, teammates, opponents and referees. Your player will be positively challenged as they experience intense,  dynamic training sessions, games, and team meetings.

Throughout my 6 years of coaching at WCSC I have worked among various levels, ages of teams and players. Most recently, I have been working with the U12 -U14 age group at WCSC. Together we have accomplished many of our goals, specifically with developing the U12 age group into a highly competitive program and returning the current U14 Arsenal Boys to their competitive ability. Last year, the U13 Arsenal team were Finalists at the State Cup Championship competing for State 36. This was a huge accomplishment based off of their recent seasons. Moving forward, I had 16 returning players at tryouts, with more from local clubs looking to join WCSC. In the same year, the U12 Milan team I trained led the league and earned their championship during State Cup finals for their division; at tryouts we had double the expected players competing for a spot on our 1st and 2nd teams. This year, the U14 Arsenal boys competed in NPL 2 for the first time. I’m proud to say we finished in 4th place. Needless to say, I’m excited for the opportunity to meet you and play a part in your success on and off the soccer field!
